Al-Sudani Receives Chairman and Members of the New Generation Parliamentary Bloc

Prime Minister Mohammad Shia Al-Sudani and the New Generation Parliamentary Bloc stressed today, Wednesday, the importance of coordination between the executive and legislative authorities.
 
 
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA); that “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received today, Wednesday, members of the New Generation Parliamentary Bloc.”
 
During the meeting, the discussions focused on the general situation in the country and in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The Prime Minister also discussed the government's steps in implementing the priorities of its economic reform program, providing services, and addressing unemployment and combating poverty to achieve a development that will positively impact the overall economic and social situation.
 
The meeting emphasized the importance of coordination and integrated work between the executive and legislative branches, which serves the country's national interests. It also highlighted the need for political forces to exert the necessary efforts to address issues and differences in views to enhance stability throughout Iraq and maintain the democratic approach that supports the state and its institutions.
